I'm really trying to work on cooking at home and menu planning a bit more. It's just time consuming to have to find recipes, make shopping list, then coupon and find sales and then shop and then cook - good Lord how to Mrs. Cleaver do it?
For this week - I have planned:
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cereal Bars from Everyday Food (not exact recipe - but almost)
Shredded Beef Chuck Roast from Everyday Food
Creamy Linguine with Shrimp & Veggies from Cooking Light
Rigatoni with Roasted Broccoli and Onions from Womans Day
Blackened Salmon Tacos from Womans Day
I made the chuck roast and the cereal bars today (posts coming) so I'm off to a good start!
Hopefully my week goes pretty well and I make them all!

ReplyDeleteI was wondering if you have a slow cooker? If you don't, I can't urge you enough to get one! They are an amazing appliance and so perfect for people who have trouble finding the time to cook.
