Giveaway: P.F. Chang's Winter Menu

My generous friends at PF Chang's are at it again - providing me a $50 gift card to give away to celebrate their new Winter Menu

There are some delicious items on the menu: Red Goose Martini (with POM juice), Orange Ginger Beet Salad, Chili Shrimp Bao (must go back for this one!) and more!

Larry was happy to find a new beer on the menu - Stone IPA. My high school friend Nikki works for Stone Brewing - so it was fun to find a beer from there on a local menu. It was pretty hoppy as they say (yuck to me, good to him).

Larry went for a lunch special that came with Egg Drop Soup (um - allergic) or a salad. He couldn't eat the dressing either. I tried it - meh - nothing special here. Their lettuce wraps are my favorite - but this came with the meal - so we just stuck with the salad.

Larry got the lunch special of Chang's Spicy Chicken - which is lightly dusted and fried - so there isn't that thick batter - just a light coating to make it extra crispy - and then tossed in a sweet & sour spicy sauce. YUM! He is always picking deliciousness when we go to PF Chang's.

I went for the Firecracker Chicken on the Winter Menu - they had me at pineapple. The Firecracker Chicken had savory & spicy hoisin-glazed chicken breast, wok-fired with pineapple, Chinese broccoli, Asian mushrooms, Fresno peppers and dried chilies. This was DELICIOUS - it really did need the pineapple to balance the spiciness of the peppers, chilies and chicken.

I always love the seasonal menus because PF Chang's really comes up with creative and unique dishes to combine the flavors that we love into new and interesting dishes. They just aren't your ordinary - chicken and vegetables in that weird "brown" sauce you get with Chinese take-out! And don't miss the desserts either - Chocolate Raspberry Wontons - BOOM!

Sign up on the PF Chang's email list and you can get a $10 off $40 coupon - or - enter my giveaway below and you might win a $50 gift card for yourself!
