Product Review: Ozeri Green Earth Pan

I've been needing a new 8" frying pan for quite a while now - mine is old, cheap and scratched up beyond belief.  I received this Ozeri Green Earth pan and was excited to try it. 

It features a ceramic non-stick coating called Greblon - must be like the new-fangled Teflon!

I wasn't sure how the textured bottom would hold up. For the first try I decided to just make a scrambled egg - no oil - nothing. Just egg on pan. And the verdict?

No sticking!

It did great with the scrambled egg - I've used it quite a few times. I do think it lost a bit of it's non-stick after the dishwasher - but it's still great and I like it much better than my old pan. I've retired that dog!
